Job summary

Aramark in Richmond, VA is seeking a Registered Dietitian I to help provide nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services for students while maintaining compliance with local nutrition guidelines. You will develop healthy menus using government standards and collaborate with Food & Beverage Development and management teams.

This role focuses on menu planning, nutrient analysis, client education on healthy choices, and supporting staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition.
• Eligible to practice dietetics in the applicable location.
• Licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to maintain friendly, efficient customer service attitude.
• Previous relevant working experience preferred.

The Registered Dietitian I helps to provide a nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services program that will meet the needs of students while maintaining compliance with all local guidelines as they relate to nutrition regulations. Utilizes technical training and government-mandated nutritional standards on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. May work closely with Food & Beverage Development and management teams.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant working experience preferred
• Requires a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution with course work accredited or approved by the appropriate nutrition and dietetics agencies
• Earn and maintain applicable certifications, registrations, licenses, credentials, and continuing education requirements by the appropriate accredited local agencies
• Formal eligibility to practice dietetics in geographic location where applicable
• Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
• Ability to maintain a contagious and positive work ethic and inspire others

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
