Job summary

Curis Functional Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to join a fast-growing, multidisciplinary team focused on functional nutrition and preventive care.

As an RDN, you will conduct nutrition assessments, deliver medical nutrition therapy, and collaborate with chiropractors, physicians, mental health professionals, and fellow dietitians. You will document care in the EHR and support HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field (Master's preferred).
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Texas.
• Interest in functional medicine and integrative nutrition.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy through both individual and group counseling sessions.
• Integrate functional and holistic nutrition principles while addressing each patient's health goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition interventions based on outcomes.
• Educate patients on nutrition strategies to prevent and manage chronic conditions and support mental wellness.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR with HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in case consultations, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic health record system while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in case consultations, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
