Job summary

Curis Functional Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to empower patients with evidence-based nutrition care. You will collaborate with chiropractors, physicians, mental health professionals, and fellow dietitians to create personalized plans.

The role emphasizes functional and holistic nutrition within a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid in-person and virtual practice options support flexible scheduling and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Texas.
• Interest in functional medicine and integrative nutrition.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Experience using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy through both individual and group counseling sessions.
• Integrate functional and holistic nutrition principles while addressing each patient's unique health goals.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition interventions based on outcomes.
• Educate patients on nutrition strategies that help prevent, manage, and improve chronic health conditions and support mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic health record system while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in case consultations, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
