Job summary

Branz Nutrition Counseling is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our outpatient practice serving Illinois and Missouri. You will work in a collaborative, weight-inclusive environment with mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Hybrid position with no weekend requirements and opportunities for a 4-day workweek after the first year based on performance. Part-time and full-time roles available to build a sustainable caseload.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required or eligibility for licensure in IL/MO.
• Experience or interest in eating disorders, disordered eating, and outpatient counseling.
• Commitment to weight-inclusive, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nutrition counseling for individuals with eating disorders, PCOS/PMOS, diabetes, and childhood nutrition.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Offer flexible scheduling and mentorship to clinicians to promote work-life balance.

Branz Nutrition Counseling is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our collaborative team serving clients throughout Illinois and Missouri.

Flexible Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

We recognize that many clinicians prefer to build a caseload gradually when transitioning into outpatient practice.

Dietitians may begin part-time while building their caseload and transition to full-time as demand grows and professional goals evolve. We are committed to helping clinicians build sustainable caseloads while maintaining work-life balance and avoiding burnout.

Compensation

Part-Time

• $48–$53 per client care hour based on experience, credentials, and specialization
• $20 per administrative hour
• Paid onboarding and training
• $100 client referral bonus for eligible referrals (up to $2,000)

Full-Time

• Opportunity to transition to a salaried position with bonus opportunities once a consistent caseload has been established
