Job summary

Outcome HC in New Jersey seeks a Dietitian to lead dietary services in a skilled nursing facility. You will plan, organize, and develop the dietary department under the guidance of the Food Service Director to meet federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetic from an accredited college or university.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing care facility or related medical facility.
• Must have training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose is to plan, organize and develop the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Work with the Food Service Director and Administrator to assure quality nutritional service are provided daily and the department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.

POSITION SUMMARY;
