Monte Nido Clementine Malibu Lake, Agoura Hills, California, is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join a multidisciplinary treatment team focusing on eating disorders. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and clinicians to deliver evidence-based nutrition care and support families during recovery.

The role emphasizes HAES-informed care, weight-inclusive counseling, intuitive eating, and comprehensive medical nutrition therapy within a residential program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, at minimum, in Nutrition or related human services field.
• At least one year working (or internship) in healthcare; psychiatric setting preferred.
• Hold appropriate Registered Dietitian credential.
• Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS before starting work.
• Strong computer skills.
• Passion for excellence in helping clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, and proper documentation.
• Insures all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments of clients, and monitor nutrition intake.
• Participate in the treatment team's development of the Master Treatment Plan.

Monte Nido Clementine Malibu Lake, located in Agoura Hills, California, is a premier residential eating disorder treatment center for adolescents seeking care for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, compulsive exercise, and related eating disorders.

We are seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or license-eligible Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This role is ideal for a passionate nutrition professional interested in eating disorder treatment, adolescent nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, behavioral health, and residential treatment settings.

As a Registered Dietitian, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other clinical professionals to provide evidence-based nutrition care that supports recovery and long-term wellness. The Dietitian serves as a key member of both the leadership and clinical teams, helping clients build healthy relationships with food while supporting families throughout the recovery journey.

Schedule

Full-Time Monday-Friday One late-start day per week Salary

$73,500 - $106,000 annually

(based on education, credentials, licensure, and experience)

This position may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus!
