Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team, serving our long-term care community located in Muncie, IN. This role requires 16-24 hours per week with a flexible schedule and offers excellent pay.

Responsibilities include clinical nutrition assessments, document management, collaboration with care teams, and recommendations for patient care. Candidates must possess dietetic licensure and be credentialed by the CDR, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR and hold dietetic licensure.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
