Job summary

Kickoff is recruiting Registered Dietitians to build a dream career from home with flexible hours. You’ll manage a full client load we source and schedule, across nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching, all telehealth.

You must be an Active RD/RDN with CDR registration, have at least 1 year of one-on-one client experience, and hold or be willing to obtain a CPT certification within 3 months. US-based, 15–20+ hours ramp to 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration.
• 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience.
• CPT certification, or willingness to obtain one within your first 3 months (we help pay for it).
• Strong emotional intelligence and a track record of engaging and retaining clients.
• Genuine interest in integrating fitness and exercise into comprehensive care.
• US-based, work from home.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 20 client-facing hours/week once ramped (coaches making Kickoff their primary role are preferred).

• Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs for each client.
• Own client outcomes and long-term retention — weight management, chronic disease support, behavior change.
• Build coach–client relationships through consistent touchpoints, including messaging and async video.
• For W2: work with our corporate team to mentor new RDs and support our community.
