Qualifications

• Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration.
• 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience.
• CPT certification, or willingness to obtain within first 3 months (Kickoff pays).
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to engage and retain clients.
• Genuine interest in integrating fitness and exercise into comprehensive care.
• US-based, work from home
• Minimum commitment of 20 client-facing hours/week once ramped.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact nutrition and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions.
• Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs for each client.
• Own client outcomes and long-term retention — weight management, chronic disease support, behavior change.
• Build coach–client relationships through consistent touchpoints, including messaging and async video.
• For W2: work with our corporate team to mentor new RDs and support our community.
