Join our team as a Registered Dietitian at Nutrition that Works, LLC

We are seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our Long Term Care facility in Medford, OR, for 8-16 hours per week. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay!

Position Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate tube feeds (TF)
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
