Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate all the functions and activities related to clinical nutritional care.
• Develop, or review and revise, and implement policies and procedures to assure compliance with JCAHO standards, and federal and state regulations, laws, and guidelines.
• Develop the monthly Performance Improvement Clinical Nutrition Report.
• Develop and implement plans to facilitate the provision of high quality and appropriate nutrition care to residents.
• Participate or lead interdisciplinary teams, committees, and FS managers meetings.
