We are seeking a Per Diem Dietitian who is passionate about Clinical Nutrition and delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced hospital setting and demonstrate compassion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting specialized health and dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assesses Patients in accordance with hospital policy utilizing the Nutrition Care Process
• Provides nutrition education to patients and/or caregivers based on assessment of individual learning needs.
• Works closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide inpatient care that is integrated and compatible with the patient focused medical goals.
• Conducts in‑services on nutrition subjects relevant to patient care.
• Participates in the development, implementation, and updates of internal policies and procedures.
• Serves as nutrition representative at meetings and committees as needed.
• Collaborates with culinary and production teams regarding patient menus; make appropriate recommendations for improving the nutritional content of menus.
• Supports the use of the Diet Office Software Technology.
• Adheres to practice standards established by local, state and national agencies.
• Performs other duties as required in relation to job function.

Qualifications:
