Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents' nutrition needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options, with new graduates starting at $33.00 per hour and a retention bonus of $3,500. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the electronic medical record.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. **
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
• If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License
• RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations
