Shift: 5*8 Days Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension Pay between $2100 to $2200 Weekly

Job Description

• Implement and evaluate patient nutrition interventions; adjust based on outcomes
• Provide education and counselling to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and document in the health record
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting
