Job Overview

A 13‑week travel assignment for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) at a facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The role requires a valid state dietitian license, BLS certification, and at least one year of recent dietitian experience. Travel assignment with 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days, starting ASAP. Responsibilities

• Evaluate appropriateness of diet orders and recommend changes as required.
• Instruct patients and families on dietary principles, restrictions, and strategies to achieve health goals per physician diet orders.
• Conduct patient visitations including screening for nutrition concerns related to malnutrition, tube feeding, TPN, and disease‑specific diets.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans and implement interventions based on the patient’s current health status.
• Monitor effectiveness of nutrition plans, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and aides.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice for RDNs.

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a registered dietitian.
• Valid dietitian license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Cer.A.T (ASATT).
• Other certifications and licenses relevant to the position.
