• Retention Bonus $1,500**

Pay Rate Starting at $33 and will increase based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and document nutritional status and progress.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and well-being.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a valid Certification/License within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• If multi-site, valid Driver's License required.
