Job summary

FeldCare Connects seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver home healthcare in Simi Valley and surrounding areas as an Independent Contractor. You will provide one-on-one nutrition care to patients of all ages, with flexible scheduling and strong per-visit compensation.

You’ll work with our Cliniconnects app to accept or decline patients, focus on treating the patient, and coordinate care with assigned agencies. California RD license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietitian program.
• California Registered Dietitian license to practice.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare nutrition care to patients in the Simi Valley area and surrounding regions.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Document and communicate care plans via our EMR system during visits.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Simi Valley and the surrounding areas.

FeldCare Connectsis seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
