Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dietitian to provide quality home healthcare to patients in Irvine and surrounding areas as an independent contractor.

You will schedule visits, observe and document patient responses, adjust care plans, and coordinate with the care team using Cliniconnects for streamlined referrals. California RD license required; a smartphone and comfort with all ages are needed. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietitian program.
• California Registered Dietitian license to practice.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition; determine the plan of care.
• Deliver one-on-one home health dietetic care to patients of all ages.
• Document visits efficiently using the Electronic Medical Record system (EMR).
• Coordinate with care teams and clinics via Cliniconnects for streamlined referrals.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Irvine and the surrounding areas.
