Job summary

CareOne in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to coordinate nutritional care for residents and patients in a long-term care setting. You will complete nutritional assessments and participate in care planning meetings, providing counseling and education to residents and families.

The role requires licensure, experience with MDS 3.0 and enteral nutrition, plus strong communication skills. Familiarity with nutrition regulations and charting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess Registered Dietitian licensure within the state of operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
• High comfort level with enteral nutrition.
• Experience with MDS 3.0.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.
• Experience with electronic charting (EHR) preferred.
