Facility: Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care

Location: Briarcliff Manor, New York

Shift: Full-Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $40 - $45 per hour

Job Description:

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you’ll assess the nutritional needs of residents, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the nutritional status of residents
• Create and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide education and counseling to residents and their families on dietary needs
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care
• Document care plans, progress notes, and nutritional interventions
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) license required
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy
