The Company:

Ilant Health is a value-based healthcare provider focused on cardiometabolic obesity, a group of interconnected conditions that drive over $700 billion in annual U.S. healthcare expenses. We are dedicated to increasing access to treatment while reducing the total cost of care for employers and payers. We are not just a provider, we are a technology-enabled practice driven by analytics. Our mission is "de-average" care, using proprietary algorithms to match Members with the right interventions at the right time, while establishing habits that support treatment success and sustained outcomes. By combining clinical rigor with a consumer-grade digital experience, we drive life-changing outcomes and measurable ROI.

We serve as the single, integrated front door for comprehensive care, delivering a full continuum of evidence-based solutions, spanning bariatric surgery, pharmacotherapy, and intensive behavioral therapy. Crucially, we personalize care for every Member through a dedicated multidisciplinary care team, empowered by our advanced digital platform. This ecosystem includes specialized tools for our providers and a fully accessible Member Portal (web and mobile) for our Members.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate registered dietitian to join our obesity medicine company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert nutritional guidance and support to patients seeking weight loss (or to manage diabetes and cardiovascular conditions), including those who may be utilizing medications or undergoing bariatric surgery. The candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of peer coaches, MDs, and therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and empower patients to achieve their weight loss goals in a safe and sustainable manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized dietary plans for patients based on their individual needs, medical history, and weight loss goals

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to patient care

  • Educate patients about the importance of nutrition and its impact on weight management, overall health, and the prevention of obesity-related comorbidities

  • Monitor patients' progress and make appropriate adjustments to their dietary plans as needed

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and weight management

  • Provide guidance on portion control, meal planning, food choices, and preparation methods to promote healthy eating habits

  • Develop educational materials, workshops, and group sessions to support patient education and empowerment

  • Document patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner

  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care

Qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian credentials

  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist a plus.

  • Obesity and Weight Management Certification a plus.

  • Proven experience working with patients in weight management, preferably in a medical or obesity medicine setting

  • Familiarity with the use of medications and bariatric surgery in weight loss treatment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to comprehensive patient care

  • Proficient in conducting nutritional assessments and developing personalized dietary plans

  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on emerging trends in nutrition and weight management

Benefits and Perks:

We believe great work happens when people are supported, trusted, and given the flexibility to thrive. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

  • Fully remote environment – work from anywhere while maintaining meaningful collaboration with a distributed team
