Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team and deliver weight management and lifestyle counseling through a virtual specialty medical practice dedicated to cardio-metabolic health.

This remote role offers flexible hours (20–30 hours/week) with a competitive hourly pay of $40–$44 based on experience and includes paid training plus company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Dietetics or related field from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by state).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• At least 2 years of outpatient or weight management experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and working in a HIPAA-compliant home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional therapy and weight management coaching across a multi-channel digital platform (video, voice, chat).
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalized behavior change plans.
• Provide medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Support patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within established protocols.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to achieve lasting health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in a timely manner using EHR systems.
