The Nutritionist/Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy, develops personalized dietary plans, and educates clients on healthy eating habits for Medicaid populations, including individuals with multiple chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and pregnant mothers. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience delivering nutrition interventions in community-based, clinical, or social service settings. This role requires a compassionate, patient-centered approach to support vulnerable populations in achieving better health outcomes through tailored nutrition plans and education. We are seeking candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and other languages
