Community Healthcare Network (CHN) seeks a Community Nutritionist to provide nutrition intervention and counseling as part of a multidisciplinary team. The nutritionist may plan, organize, oversee, and facilitate nutrition-related events and workshops, serving a diverse patient population.
All Nutritionists must be Registered Dietitians (RD); NY licensure is preferred. A BS in Nutrition or Health Education with experience is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
