Responsibilities

Conducting and documenting Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients including initial and on-going nutritional assessments, care planning, patient monitoring, patient counseling and training regarding diets
Assists in calculating and/or interpreting of diet orders
Monitors and evaluates patient food services.
