Job Responsibilities

1. Perform Echocardiogram and write preliminary reports.
2. Log and file completed procedures.
3. Regularly upgrade knowledge of techniques and regulations appropriate to the age of patients served.
4. Maintain professional growth through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.
5. Make patient appointments and ensure billing accuracy.
6. Perform EKGs, stress tests, and Holter monitors as needed.
7. Perform other related duties as requested or directed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with at least one year of specialized experience in Doppler Echocardiography.
• Physical and mental health suitable for the demands of the position.

Position Details

Purpose: To obtain data on the condition of the patient's heart and circulation through various electronic and mechanical means.

Schedule: Per Diem hours, 8 or 10-hour shifts, rotating days/evenings, occasional weekends & holidays.
