Now Hiring: Full-Time Dental Hygienist at Downtown Dental in Provo, UT

Are you an experienced dental hygienist looking to join a warm, welcoming team that truly values teamwork, flexibility, and family? Downtown Dental is growing and we’re excited to bring a new full-time hygienist into our patient-centered, high-energy practice!

About Us:

Downtown Dental is a modern, family-friendly dental office located in the heart of Provo, Utah. We currently operate out of a cozy 5-op space, but we’re expanding—adding 9 more operatories to accommodate our rapidly growing patient base. We provide comprehensive care to a diverse population, including many Spanish-speaking patients, students, and families. Our tight-knit team includes:

• 2 doctors
• 2 hygienists
• 3 dental assistants
• 3 front office team members
  

We’re known for our warm and laid-back culture, strong teamwork, and the kind of care that keeps patients coming back and referring their friends.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who can seamlessly jump into a busy hygiene schedule, ideally someone with experience who can also help mentor future new grads.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(1-hour appointments, 8 patients/day, 1-hour lunch at 1 PM)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent clinical hygiene care
• Educating patients on oral health and treatment plans
• Collaborating with doctors on patient diagnosis and care
• Printing and reviewing treatment plans with patients before handing off to treatment coordinators
• Occasionally assisting with sterilization, phones, or wherever needed, teamwork is key here!

Spanish-Speaking Required

• Due to our patient base, fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
