Straine is seeking an extraverted and experienced dental hygienist to step into a transformative new role as our Hygiene Engagement Facilitator. This role is designed for a conscientious clinical professional who is committed to educating and engaging team members to help us build “patients first” dental practices all across the country.

You will lead engaging educational webinars, develop impactful hygiene initiatives, and serve as a mentor and coach for our hygiene community. You will be at the forefront of shaping clinical consistency, driving operational excellence, and promoting patient-centered care across all Straine-supported practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and facilitate regular hygiene education webinars, workshops, and training sessions
• Collaborate with our leadership team to develop comprehensive hygiene strategies
• Design and implement engaging hygiene programs that align with Straine’s systems and standards
• Mentor and engage with hygienists across the organization, creating a culture of shared learning and clinical excellence
• Track and report on hygiene performance trends; partner with leadership to drive key metrics and KPIs
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives, including new protocol rollouts, technology adoption, and quality assurance programs

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with 5+ years of clinical experience
• Prior experience in education, coaching, or hygiene leadership strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills — confident leading both live and virtual sessions
• Passionate about developing people and improving patient outcomes through standardized systems
• Comfortable using technology to deliver training and collaborate with remote teams
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on, approachable leadership style
• Experience with DSOs or multi-location practices is a plus

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
