Leading Dental Solutions in Lansdale, PA is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform thorough cleanings, periodontal assessments, and educate patients on preventive care while collaborating with the dentist to deliver exceptional oral health experiences.

Qualified candidates hold an active RDH license in Pennsylvania, current CPR/BLS, and proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems.

Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Pennsylvania.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems.
Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and document patient records accurately.
Take and review dental X-rays and present findings to the dentist.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Screen patients for oral cancer, gum disease, and other dental conditions.
Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and dental sealants.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
