Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems.
• Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and document patient records accurately.
• Take and review dental X-rays and present findings to the dentist.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Screen patients for oral cancer, gum disease, and other dental conditions.
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and dental sealants.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
