Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Selma, NC seeks a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Monday & Friday team. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, take radiographs, educate patients, and maintain electronic records in a collaborative, patient-focused practice.

Must hold an NC RDH license and graduate from an accredited hygiene program. We offer insurance, PTO, a 401(k) plan with matching, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing preventive and periodontal care.
• Performing cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Taking digital radiographs and vital signs.
• Conducting oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Applying sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients feel informed and comfortable.
• Maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Supporting a collaborative and positive office environment.
