Job summary

Zelda Court Dental Care is hiring a friendly Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. Expect $30/hr+ based on experience at a modern clinic with advanced technology and a strong work-life balance.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and every other Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with no evenings and long weekends twice a month. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric dental cleanings (prophylaxis)
• Complete periodontal charting and assessments
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs
• Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards
