Zelda Court Dental Care in Alabama is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a growing team dedicated to patient-focused care. This role offers a modern office with advanced technology and a supportive team, along with competitive benefits and work-life balance.

Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00–5:00, every other Fri 8:00–12:00; no evenings, long weekends twice monthly. Compensation starts at $30/hr+ based on experience, plus a monthly team bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure).
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric dental prophylaxis (cleanings).
• Complete periodontal charting and assessments.
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs.
• Perform scaling and root planing (SRP).
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards.
