You will perform cleanings, take X-rays, assess patients, educate on prevention, assist with chairside procedures, and maintain accurate EHRs using Eaglesoft or Dentrix while following HIPAA and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Experience in dental office settings with dental equipment and clinical procedures.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Proficiency with EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
• Strong infection prevention and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (scaling and polishing).
• Take and develop radiographs with patient safety.
• Assess patients by reviewing histories, vital signs, and oral health.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist with chairside procedures using four-handed dentistry."
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA standards.
• Support sterilization and prep of treatment areas.
