Job summary

MGMT GRP 1 in California is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform dental cleanings, exams, plaque removal, and fluoride treatments, while educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.

Work closely with dentists, taking X-rays, discussing treatment plans, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including HIPAA compliance. This position is on-site in California.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in California.
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of safety, sanitation, and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, exams, plaque removal, and fluoride treatments.
• Take and evaluate dental X-rays; discuss results with patients.
• Collaborate with dentists during exams and procedures; assist with impressions and treatment planning.
