Key Responsibilities:

Facilitating ideal patient care

Educate patients on the value in WANTING the dentistry they NEED

Understand the hygiene department being a business within the business

Properly explaining treatment by co-diagnosing to increase case acceptance

Identifying opportunities such as restorative and cosmetic needs to help our patients achieve their overall dental goals

Ability to overcome patient objections to getting dental treatment done in a professional manner

Compensation:

Compensation package will consist of a base salary plus incentives and commissions based on Hygiene production and collection

Requirements:

Active Colorado License

2 or more years of experience in hygiene

CPR-BLS Certified

Local Anesthesia Certification
