Qualifications

• Active Ohio RDH license
• Local anesthesia certification
• Knowledge of OSHA sterilization protocols
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency with charting and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to periodontal, oral and systemic health
• Ability to build strong patient and team relationships
• Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability
• Team-oriented, flexible and adaptable
• Willingness to learn new systems, techniques and feedback
