Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license required (or applying for licensure for new grads).
• Active CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient-dentist interaction: act as liaison to ensure clear communication.
• Perform dental prophylaxis: conduct thorough cleanings and preventive care.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings: regularly perform screenings for early signs.
• Execute radiographic studies: take and analyze X-rays for diagnosis and planning.
• Chart dental conditions: document conditions in compliance with regulations.
• Perform additional procedures in line with professional standards.
