Description

The Dental Hygienist will help patients develop and maintain good oral health by cleaning teeth, examining patients for signs of oral disease, and providing preventive dental care. The Hygienist will work closely with dentists and dental assistants and will educate patients on maintaining good oral health.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and unrestricted CA Dental Hygienist license.
• Associates degree from an accredited Dental Hygienist program.
• Board Certification completion is preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Commitment to quality patient care, customer service, and patient education on dental health.
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations.
• Experience in IHS, Tribal/Urban clinics, or VA is a plus.
• Experience with Dentrix and EDR is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check.
• Proof of COVID vaccinations and booster required.
