Redmond Art of Dentistry in Redmond, WA is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join the team. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy, ongoing education, and a supportive environment with a flexible schedule (2-5 days/week).

You’ll perform cleanings, educate patients, take x-rays, and collaborate with Dr. Forbes and Mosaic Dental Collective. Compensation includes $72-$77+ per hour and up to $10k in hiring/relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in Washington state.
• Degree from accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current CPR and state/federal licenses.
• Experience with dental software/EHR.
• Excellent communication and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform teeth cleanings and preventive dental procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care practices.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary.
• Assess patients' oral health and document treatment plans.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain infection control protocols for a safe environment.
