Mill Creek Family Dentistry in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly team. You will perform cleanings, educate patients, take radiographs, and support comprehensive preventive care.

We offer a flexible schedule up to 4-5 days per week, a warm team culture, and competitive pay ranging from $66 to $72+ per hour based on experience. Retention and signing bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Dental hygiene degree from an accredited program.
• Current WA state dental hygiene license and certifications.
• Experience with dental software and EHR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform teeth cleanings and preventive dental procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care practices.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary.
• Conduct assessments of patients' oral health.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
