Job summary

The Dentists' Office in Fallon, NV is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for flexible full- or part-time hours. The role offers a $50.00/hour base pay plus a performance-based bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for 30+ hours/week, with no weekend requirements and Saturdays and Sundays off to enjoy Northern Nevada's outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in transfer)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (recertification fees covered)
• Laser Certification highly preferred (company will fund/cordinate if not held)
• Familiarity with modern practice management software, digital charting, and radiography systems (Open Dental a major plus)
• Deep understanding of periodontal therapy rules, SRP, sealants, and preventive mapping
• Collaborative, detail‑oriented team player committed to patient education

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive periodontal therapy and preventive cleanings
• Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Coordinate long‑term treatment plans with general dentists, pediatric specialists, surgeons and orthodontists
• Maintain sterilization, infection control and efficient room turnover
