Job summary

Bluetree Dental’s Fallon practice seeks a licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) to deliver comprehensive periodontal care, perform preventive cleanings, and document detailed charting. You’ll educate patients across ages, coordinate with specialists, and uphold strict infection control standards in a busy, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multi-specialty team and a supportive mentorship culture, plus a sign-on opportunity for 30+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada RDH license or in transfer process.
• BLS/CPR certification; recertification fees covered.
• Laser certification preferred; company will fund training on hire.
• Experience with modern practice management software; Open Dental a plus.
• Deep understanding of periodontal therapy and SRP; sealant application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive cleanings, periodontal tracking, and SRP.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition tailored to age groups.
• Coordinate with general dentists, pediatric specialists, and surgeons.
• Maintain sterilization standards and efficient room turnover.
