Job summary

Solon Smiles is seeking a friendly and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The role offers a four-day workweek with flexible scheduling, typically from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, in Solon, OH.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Radiography certification required where applicable.
• Strong communication and patient education skills are essential.
• Local anesthesia and nitrous certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, SRP, periodontal assessments, and preventive treatments.
• Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide when licensed.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations.
• Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the dentist and team to provide exceptional patient care.
