Job Responsibilities

• Promote dental health through prophylaxis, screenings, radiographs, and charting
• Prepare patients for treatment, welcome and seat them
• Provide information and answer patient questions
• Maintain and sterilize instruments
• Select materials based on patient needs
• Perform prophylaxis, remove deposits and stains
• Detect disease via screenings and radiographs
• Apply fluorides and cavity-preventing agents
