Premier Dentist Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team and advance preventive care for patients in a collaborative setting.

You will perform screenings, take and develop X-rays, educate patients on oral health, and maintain detailed records while adhering to infection control protocols. We offer clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current and valid state dental hygiene license.
• Certification in dental radiography.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and guidance on proper oral hygiene practices.
• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive services.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Perform screenings for oral cancer and other dental diseases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical notes and observations.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
