Premier Dentist Partners in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to promote and maintain optimal oral health, working closely with dentists and the dental team to provide high-quality preventive care and patient education in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current and valid state dental hygiene license.
• Certification in dental radiography.
• Ability to conduct thorough dental assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and guidance on proper oral hygiene practices and maintaining optimal oral health
• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive services
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Perform screenings for oral cancer and other dental diseases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical notes and observations
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
