Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Minnesota RDH license.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and dental examinations to identify oral health issues.
• Provide dental hygiene treatments, including dental prophy, fluoride, and periodontal treatment as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, preventive care, and other treatment recommendations.
• Capture high-quality digital radiographs.
• Review and update medical records accurately using electronic dental software (Open Dental appreciated but not required).
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
