We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial dental assessments and collect patient medical history
• Perform dental cleanings, including removal of plaque, tartar, and stains
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
• Educate children and families on proper oral hygiene practices
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Monitor patient progress and update dental records
• Provide nutritional counseling related to oral health
• Maintain and organize accurate patient charts
• Deliver postoperative care instructions and general oral health guidance
• Participate in dental health education and outreach initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Current state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Experience working with children in a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray equipment
• Gentle, patient, and friendly demeanor with children
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Bilingual skills are a plus (e.g., English/Spanish)

Requirements

• Valid Texas dental hygiene license (RDH)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (pediatric experience preferred)
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification
