Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established dental practice in Edina to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to their team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable hygienist seeking a relaxed, supportive workplace with a consistent schedule and strong team culture.

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Tue: 8 AM–6 PM | Wed–Thu: 8 AM–5 PM | Friday hours being added. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided, along with a stable, growing practice.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure or eligibility.
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome.
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working Fridays as part of a full‑time schedule.
• SoftDent or paper charting experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
• Take X-rays, including FMX, and complete probing and charting.
• Partner with the dentist during comprehensive new patient visits.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and appointment schedules.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care.
